High quality digital labels can be enhanced with the use of varnish, colour and a textured finish to make your design stand out from the crowd. Bottle or jar labels can be enhanced with gold or silver foils and laminated for a gloss or matt durable effect.

We are highly experienced in the manufacture of equipment, warning and instruction labels whilst still servicing the product identification and general labelling marketplace.

Utilising ‘Mark & Seal lamination onto labels has provided a solution to many customers requiring the flexibility to add information to a label at the last minute without losing the durability of permanent lamination. Our experienced designers provide an efficient service with artwork for approval often within hours via email, if this is approved quickly for digital printing we can despatch finished label samples the same day for approval or trial.
Labels can be produced in any shape, quantity or colour with cut outs, variable information or bar codes. We offer a choice of materials including Paper, Polyester, Vinyl, Polypropylene, Tyvek and a range of 3M Products.

Custom Labels Ltd have supplied calibration labels, warranty labels and test labels to laboratories, engineers and resellers for over 15 years, with PAT labels alone we have manufactured over 35 Million labels for use in the UK from durable bar codes to 3 monthly test labels Custom Labels have provided the solution to hundreds of UK testing companies.

Portable Appliance Test Labels

There are a wide variety of labels used in portable appliance and general testing, from basic cheap paper labels to hi performance Polyester labels with 2D bar codes and a ‘mark & seal’ laminated area for date, initials or any other last minute information. Sequential numbering or bar coding are used extensively to provide a cross reference for a database where service details are collated.

PAT labels can be any size, shape or colour with large cable labels, small equipment labels or tamper evident labels being produced to meet customer requirements. Custom Labels Ltd have a reputation for high quality test labels that meet the demands of the user as well as the end customer.

Calibration Labels

All tested equipment benefits from a good quality calibration label providing customer or supplier information in a clear and concise manner. We have manufactured many customer specific calibration labels incorporating Retest schedules, frequency results, product information and quality logo’s like UKAS or NICEIC into the label.

Equipment can be sealed using our ‘Calibration Void if Broken’ labels manufactured from the best ultradestruct vinyl on the market. Colour coded labels, removable ‘Failed Do Not Use’ labels, Quarantined labels and Pass labels have all been manufactured by Custom Labels.

BAR CODE LABELS – QR CODE LABELS

Bar codes are used in all walks of life to provides a reliable method of reading information avoiding data input errors and misreading. Custom Labels have supplied printed bar codes for retail, warehouse, product and service applications on a wide range of materials.
All bar codes are scanned during production to ensure they read correctly and are within specification
